2.1 Information from Prospects and Clients
When businesses contact us, sign up for a free trial, or become paying clients, we may collect:
- Full name and business name
- Email address and phone number
- Business address and website
- Payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers)
- Communications you send to us
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit morestarsnow.com, our servers automatically collect basic technical data including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This is used solely for security and service improvement.
2.3 End Customer Data
As part of delivering our services on behalf of business clients, we may process contact information (including phone numbers and email addresses) belonging to those clients' customers. We process this data only as a service provider acting on our clients' instructions. 4. SMS and Text Messaging
More Stars Now operates as a service provider that sends automated text messages on behalf of local business clients. The following applies to SMS sent through our platform:
- Text messages are sent from dedicated toll-free numbers registered to each client business
- Recipients who have opted in to receive messages from a client business may receive review request texts, follow-up reminders, and related service communications
- All SMS programs include clear opt-out instructions — recipients may reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages
- Reply HELP to any message for assistance
- Message and data rates may apply
- Message frequency varies by client program
More Stars Now does not initiate unsolicited marketing text messages. All SMS campaigns are sent on behalf of client businesses to their own customers who have provided prior express written consent to receive such messages.
5. Third-Party Service Providers
We share data with trusted providers who help us deliver our services. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and may only use it to perform services on our behalf:
Twilio (twilio.com): SMS and messaging delivery infrastructure. Phone numbers, message content, and delivery logs are processed through Twilio's platform in accordance with their privacy policy and US carrier compliance requirements.
Reputation Management Platform: Our proprietary platform infrastructure. Client and customer data is stored and processed within our platform to power review monitoring, AI responses, and campaign management.
OpenAI (openai.com): AI language model used to generate review responses. Review content may be sent to OpenAI's API to generate suggested replies. We use a bring-your-own-key (BYOK) configuration.
Stripe (stripe.com): Payment processing. All payment card data is handled directly by Stripe. We do not store or have access to full card numbers.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for their own marketing purposes.
6. Data Retention
We retain client and account data for as long as the business relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When a client account is closed, we will delete or anonymize their data within 90 days unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your personal information
