These Terms of Service govern your use of More Stars Now, a reputation management service operated by Yoja Studios LLC d/b/a More Stars Now, a Florida business. By signing up for or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

More Stars Now provides white-label reputation management services to local businesses, including:

By using our services, you agree to the following:

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all phone numbers you upload or add to campaigns belong to individuals who have provided prior express written consent to receive automated marketing text messages from your business, in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA guidelines, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

You must not upload contact lists from sources where SMS consent was not explicitly obtained. This includes but is not limited to: purchased lists, POS system exports where SMS consent was not part of the data collection, or any list where recipients did not affirmatively opt in to receive text messages from your specific business.

More Stars Now is a service provider and technology platform only. We do not verify the consent status of phone numbers you provide. All TCPA liability arising from non-compliant contact lists or messaging practices is your responsibility.

You agree to provide accurate business information including your legal business name, address, EIN, and website. This information is used for carrier compliance submissions (toll-free verification) and must be truthful and current.

Because our platform sends messages on behalf of your business to your customers, you must maintain a publicly accessible privacy policy on your business website that:

You are responsible for your own privacy policy and terms of service with your end customers. More Stars Now's privacy policy covers our relationship with you, not your relationship with your customers.

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the billing date each month. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account. You remain responsible for any fees accrued before suspension.

Our services rely on third-party providers including Twilio (SMS delivery) and OpenAI (AI responses). We are not responsible for interruptions, failures, or policy changes by these providers. Your use of our services is also subject to those providers's terms of service.

SMS campaigns require carrier-approved toll-free number verification. Approval is subject to Twilio's review process and carrier requirements, which are outside our control. We cannot guarantee approval timelines or outcomes.

More Stars Now and Yoja Studios LLC retain all rights to the platform, software, and underlying technology. Your business data — including your client contacts, review content, and campaign settings — remains yours. You grant us a limited license to process that data to deliver our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, More Stars Now and Yoja Studios LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to TCPA violations arising from your non-compliant contact lists or messaging practices, lost reviews, or lost revenue.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yoja Studios LLC d/b/a More Stars Now, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, fines, penalties, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of our services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law, including the TCPA; or (d) any claims by your customers related to messages sent on your behalf.

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. You may cancel by contacting support@morestarsnow.com. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or behavior that poses legal or reputational risk to our platform.

Upon termination, your access to the platform ends. We will retain your data for 90 days before deletion, during which time you may request an export.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Broward County, Florida.
